Mental health matters — every day, for every person. This month is a reminder to check in with ourselves and each other, practice self-care, and help break the stigma surrounding mental health. Asking for help is a sign of strength, and even small acts of kindness and support can make a big difference.

Take time this month to rest, connect, reflect, and remind those around you: you are not alone. 💚

From their friendly faces greeting students, to answering questions, to always helping however they can, we are so grateful for them!
