Redwoods Rural Health Center (RRHC) is seeking a Medical Front Desk Receptionist to work in our fun, friendly and fast paced clinic located in Fortuna, CA. Qualified applicants must be customer-oriented, possess excellent phone, computer and general office skills. Spanish-speaking skills a plus.

Redwoods Rural Health Center (RRHC) is seeking a Temporary Full-Time Certified Medical Assistant​ to join our fast-paced and friendly health center.

Successful candidates will have good computer skills and be able to work in a team environment with patients who have a variety of healthcare needs. Will train those motivated to learn. Must have at least one year’s experience working in a healthcare environment. Experienced, Certified Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy Tech preferred.​

RRHC is an EOE and offers a 4-day work week (not all positions will qualify for 4 days a week benefit), and competitive compensation. The salary range is $22 to $31 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.

DEADLINE HAS BEEN EXTENDED THROUGH MARCH 16th! Redwoods Rural Health Center is pleased to announce applications are being accepted for RRHC’s Healthcare Scholarship fund through March 2nd.

Two $5,000 scholarships will be awarded to graduating high school seniors or current college students pursuing the study of healthcare at an accredited college, university or vocational school. Students must demonstrate financial need and reside in or be from Southern Humboldt.
