Few open spots at the Lab. One spot in the Monday women’s group. This class is always filled and spots rarely come up. Only 4 in the group and is an awesome class for the right person. We also have privates available for men and women. Check out our FB page. Coach has been teaching for over 50 years and is a former rated fighter. No macho just hard work with an emphasis on detail and strong basics. Beginners welcome. If interested call(no texts) 707-832-3562. Thanks Gary
