During a recent livestream, a student asked about direct spiritual experience, which led us into a discussion of "the real thing."

What emerged was a discussion about whether truth may be recognized by the body before it is understood by the mind.

What if our deepest guidance doesn't come from thinking more, from analyzing more, or from knowing more?

What if it comes from learning to trust the direct sensations and signals arising in our body?

In this conversation I explore intuition, breathwork, and spiritual experience with a student. We talk about the difference between what the mind thinks is true and what the body knows is true.

Curious whether others have had experiences where their body knew something long before their mind caught up. It's what I live for, and I'd love to meet others on this journey.
