Celebrating Ms. Cindy! 🍎✨

We want to send a huge thank you and best of luck to our wonderful cafeteria manager, Ms. Cindy!

Ms. Cindy has moved to another school within GCISD to lead their cafeteria team. We are so grateful for her dedication, warm smiles, and hard work keeping our students fueled and happy every single day at BCE.

While we will miss her dearly, we know her new school is lucky to have her. Please join us in wishing Ms. Cindy all the best in her next chapter!

Get involved and connect with our amazing Bear Creek community! 🐻💙 We are looking for enthusiastic parent and family volunteers to support our students this school year through a few wonderful opportunities:

🥛 Kinder & Pre-K Lunch Helpers Assist our youngest learners by helping them open milk cartons, unwrap packaging, and enjoy their lunch so they have plenty of time to eat and socialize.

🛒 Honey Pot Store Help run our mobile student store! Volunteers guide students as they shop and practice counting money.

These shifts are a fantastic way to meet our wonderful teachers and get to know our students.

Celebrating excellence and dedication at our school!

For the month of August, 33 of our incredible teachers achieved PERFECT attendance! We are so grateful for their commitment to our students every single day.

To show our appreciation, all 33 names were entered into a special prize drawing. A huge congratulations to this month's winner, Miss Hope Kelsch, who is taking home a $20 gift card!

🛼 August 21 | Galaxy Skate Spirit Night
6:00–8:00 PM at Galaxy Skate in Grapevine! Come skate, have fun, and support Bear Creek PTA!

🍔 September 1 | Curriculum Night + In-N-Out Fundraiser
If you’ll be attending Curriculum Night and heading into the classrooms with your student, you can preorder dinner for the family members joining you that evening.

Preorders close August 24, and we do need strong participation to bring the In-N-Out truck to BCE, so if you’re planning to attend, we’d love for you to grab dinner with us!

🍔💥 BEAR CREEK, WE NEED YOUR HELP TO MAKE IN-N-OUT HAPPEN! 💥🍔

We’re bringing In-N-Out to Curriculum Night on September 1st… but there’s one BIG catch:

🔥 We have to sell ALL 300 meals for the truck to come! 🔥

We’re currently at 72 orders, so we still have some serious burger business to handle. 🙌

If you’ll already be on campus for Curriculum Night, this is the perfect excuse to take dinner off your plate! Meals can be ordered for:
