With the start of school right around the corner, here is a guide from the Euless Police Department on electric rides. Please take a moment to learn the rules to help keep our students safe!

Our amazing new hires gathered yesterday to get the year started. We are grateful to the HEB ISD Education Foundation for a wonderful luncheon. It’s going to be the best year yet at OTE! The rest of our crew comes on August 3rd, and we will see our OTE Owls on August 12th 💙

Last, but certainly not least, are our two new additions to the OTE Admin team!🦉

Rafael Huerta is OTE's newest Assistant Principal! Mr. Huerta will be a huge asset to our campus with 16 years of experience as an ESL Teacher and 6th Grade Math Teacher. He is entering his 7th year in administration and is excited to meet the students, staff and families at OTE. He looks forward to building meaningful relationships while creating a positive and lasting impact. Mr. Huerta will support students' academic growth, collaborate with OTE's dedicated staff and foster an environment where our OWLS can be champions!👏

Haltom Shepherd is entering her first year in administration as OTE's Administrative Intern! Over seven years in Education, Haltom has taught many levels of Math at the Elementary, Junior High and High School level. She was a Head High School Softball Coach and looks forward to growing her leadership skills at OTE. Mrs. Shepherd is passionate about serving students, staff and the OTE Community through authentic relationships, dedicated support and diligent work to maximize student learning!🩵

Up next are our AMAZING Teacher Assistants who are so incredibly valuable to our OWLS! Alejandra Ballesteros, Jennifer Escobar and Cinthya Parada Alfaro will be the perfect addition to our OTE Staff.🦉

Alejandra Ballesteros brings five years of Early Childhood experience to our campus, and she is most excited to connect with our students and families to work towards every child's success!🩵

Jennifer Escobar has been serving as a paraprofessional for the last two and a half years as she works to become a teacher and can't wait to build connections within the OTE Community!💛

Cinthya Parada Alfaro was an AMAZING Long-Term Substitute at OTE in the Spring and we are so excited for her to join us as a Full-Time TA! She is looking forward to getting to know more students and staff, learning from her colleagues and making a positive impact every day!🤍

We are so thankful that these three are joining our OTE family!!
