Yesterday I taught a student of mine while he is in Paris…from my studio. We worked on Debussy Preludes and Mozart Sonatas. This kid gets to practice Debussy in Paris then go climb the Eiffel Tower🤯. Gratitude🌏🎹🎶

Hello friends! This is a tune I composed to teach principles of piano technique- scales, various figures in parallel and contrary motion- evident in the music of composers such as Bach, Chopin or Ligeti, for example. The melody, harmony and rhythm of this piece are influenced by folk elements and Celtic and Bluegrass fiddle music.

Enjoy!🎶🎹

This is a fun tune I wrote, sort of a mashup of Celtic and Bluegrass fiddle styles! Enjoy!🎹🎶🎻
