Right now, there are over 25 opportunities for Ducks to get involved with a regional chapter or affinity network, serving on a chapter or network board and/or supporting football watch parties and other group functions. No matter the role, each provides the opportunity to connect to each other and back to the UO.

The University of Oregon and Sweet Cheeks Winery recently partnered to create limited-edition wines that celebrate UO's legacy and spirit. Behind the collaboration were two UO alumnae, Jessica Thomas, BS ’13 (art), and Katie Brown, BA ’13 (public relations).

Larryn Zeigler, BS ’17 (political science), is headed north from LA to Eugene to celebrate his 10-Year Reunion with the Classes of 2015, 2016, & 2017 this October.

"I'm looking forward to our 10-Year Reunion because it's an opportunity to reconnect with old friends, build new connections with fellow alumni, and celebrate how far we've come. Coming from Los Angeles, choosing UO meant stepping into something completely new, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I ever made. Ten years later, it feels good to come back to Eugene, show appreciation to a community that gave me so much, and find ways to give back. If you're on the fence about attending— pull up and say what's up!"

Shea Flannery, the daughter of Kevin Flannery, BA ’12 (business administration), and Sophia Flannery, BA ’14 (art history), beat childhood leukemia in March 2026, but she didn't beat it alone. Along with her family, she was supported by physician assistant Drew Sachwitz, BS ’13 (human physiology), and her preschool teacher Jaycie Kimball, BA ’21 (psychology).
