Our school district had 27 young parents graduate this year! Their dedication and perseverance paid off and there's no better feeling than watching them walk across that stage. 🎓🎉

I know talking about my challenging birth, was so helpful in healing❣️

Birth Stories Circle
This group is a safe space, free of judgment for women whose birth experiences were challenging. This space provides an opportunity for women to gather with other women in a supportive circle to share support one another. Rediscovering your strength, find peace and take ownership of you unique birth experiences. We will navigate our stories through conversation, journaling, guided visualization and art therapy.
Our WellMama facilitator, Alice Stroud, has an educational background in psychology, prenatal & birth therapies and trauma healing. Alice has taught childbirth, parenting, infant massage and baby swim classes. She is passionate about helping mother and babies connect more deeply and to enjoy each other.

This circle will run as a 3 week series to begin, with the option to continue.
Babies welcome and snacks provided!
Dates: 4/11, 4/18. 4/25
