Need help finding a doctor? The Linkage Project is part of our sister University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (UCEDD) OHSU UCEDD Community Partners Council (CPC)
https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1AfSmCZNiy/

The Linkage Project has been a lifesaver to several folks I've referred. They help people over 18 with IDD find a doctor, dentist, or mental health provider. Save yourself the endless phone calling only to be told by clinic after clinic that they aren't taking new patients. The Linkage Project can also help you coordinate care between medical providers. https://www.ohsu.edu/oregon-office-on-disability-and-health/linkage-project
