Learn more about your child's development? This site is a FREE, online, public service project from Early Intervention Program, UO and OR Dept of Education.

Visit http://osp.uoregon.edu The Ages & Stages Questionnaires® (ASQ): A Parent-Completed, Child-Monitoring System, is a questionnaire designed to help parents check their child's development. Parents and primary caregivers of children ages birth to 65 months can complete a questionnaire to check their child's early development. Free- Easy- Confidential
Personally identifying information is not required.
