Connections Behavior LLC

Connections Behavior LLC Connections strives to educate everyone that works with the client on why challenging behaviors are Kim Bazzi is a Behavior Consultant based in Lane County.

She has over 20 years experience working in local schools and in family homes. Kim is a graduate of The University of Oregon and Pacific University. Services include:

• Functional Assessment and Behavior Support Plan: First we will identify the purpose or reason for a persons challenging behavior. Then a person centered plan with strategies will be created to respond to the challenging behaviors

.

• Ongoing Support: After a behavior support plan is created we can continue to meet monthly to monitor and adjust the plan as needed. This also allows us to address any new behaviors that may need to be addressed.

• Oregon Intervention System (OIS): Certified Mentor IF-level instructor. Classes are available to agencies, foster providers, and support staff.
