The Eugene Ballet Academy presents Wonderland, a dance performance showcasing students of all ages, in the end-of-year annual production. Choreographed and staged by Eugene Ballet Academy faculty, the program includes repertory and original works from classical, modern, and jazz. This final production brings together the youngest and the most advanced students, creating an inspiring presentation of the dedication, commitment, and accomplishments of the students, staff, and parents. The Eugene Ballet Youth hosts its twelfth annual master dance series event that brings together more than 100 dancers, choreographers, teachers and artistic directors from around the state. This spectacular weekend event offers educational and inspirational workshops, master classes and performances. Guest teachers and choreographers include University of Oregon and Eugene Ballet Company faculty and artistic directors, professional dancers and teachers from around the region. The evening dance performance showcases five northwest dance companies in an inspiring presentation of new and original repertoire by emerging choreographers and aspiring dancers.

Tickets on sale now! Eugene Ballet Youth Touring Teams present Shine Bright, a high-energy program of original choreography by Eugene Ballet Youth faculty. The evening includes bold, award-winning works spanning contemporary, jazz, hip hop, acro, and musical theater.

Performed by a 58-member ensemble of dancers ages 7 to 18, the showcase highlights precision, power, and momentum, paired with striking costumes and moments of impressive athleticism.

Opening up ‘The Nutcracker’ for those with disabilities and sensitivities The Eugene Ballet has produced “Short & Suite,” a shortened version of “The Nutcracker,” for three decades. This year, it’s a sensory-friendly performance, geared toward people with intellectual disabilities.

The Eugene Ballet Youth (EBY) is thrilled to present Nutcracker: Short & Suite with special modifications to create a sensory-friendly experience. EBY has shared the joy of dance with the community for 30+ years through their very own, condensed version of this holiday favorite! They present various versions at retirement facilities, elementary schools, libraries, and end their outreach tour with a stage presentation. This year, we are partnering with The Hult Center to spread the joy to an even wider audience. Enjoy the magic of the season with Clara, the Sugar Plum Fairy, swirling snowflakes, waltzing flowers, dancing sweets and more. This production provides education, inspiration and enjoyment for all ages.
