A School of Tradition and Student Choice Corridor School is a magnet alternative program which draws students from throughout the Eugene District.
Children are enrolled in the program through the lottery system. Of the 260 children in Corridor, 45% are eligible for free and reduced lunch, and about 40 students receive services from our Learning Center in reading, writing and math. A number of our students have been identified as Talented and Gifted. Much of what happens at Corridor is driven by the desire for every student to feel successful

Joanne Jones Retirement Party on June 11, 2021. River Road Park Shelter 1
It's the end of an era; Joanne, the Queen of Corridor, is retiring! Joanne was, and always will be, the heart and soul of Corridor and having you be part of her celebration will remind her of just how many lives she's touched over the years.
In order to keep our gathering a little less crowded, we will be asking guests to come in groups:
4:00 - 5:00 PM
If you are a former Corridor student or parent, please join us at River Road Park from 4-5 PM. There will be a plaque for you to sign and you can pass along your best wishes to Joanne.
5:00 - 6:00 PM
If you are a 4J staff member who has had the luck to work with Joanne (or just to know her!), come on by the park from 5-6 PM, she'll love to see you!
6:00 - 7:00 PM
If you're a friend or family member, we hope you can be there from 6-7 PM to give her a retirement send off fit for a queen 🙂
Please wear your masks, Joanne doesn't want to spread anything but kindness at this event.
We hope to see you there, and in the immortal words of Ms. Joanne Jones, "Work hard, play safe, and be a nice human!

I just got this from Tammy.
We just got him settled in to the rehab center. The doctor is extremely kind. He keeps saying, however, that his stroke is sooo large. 😐 and has mentioned different scenarios that scare the hell out of me. I need to remember one day at a time. I’m still waiting to talk to the social worker to beg for different visiting rules. As of now-it is the same as the hospital.
Steve did get placed at Oregon Rehabilitation Center.
If you want to send Steve a card DM me and I’ll share their home address with you.
I’ve heard a Papa Pizza fundraiser is getting set up for May 4. Stay tuned for more information.
