This Ritual of Release & Invocatjon is a weekend all about camping along the riverside with like-hearted women.

It’s about slowing down and quieting down enough to reconnect to ourselves, to the Earth, and to a loving and inspiring female tribe.

Together, we’ll gather is sacred circle, breathe, move, rest, and soak in the natural environment around us. We’ll create space for exploration, inspiration, healing, and remembering who we are beneath all the roles that we carry.

Post-Retreat Integration isn’t just for the participants, but for us facilitators too.

This morning I’ve been reflecting, feeling, and processing it all… the beauty, the responsibility, and the moments that moved me.

For me, integration involves slowing down, feeling the tears that still swell in my eyes from participants sharing their stories, and feeling an even greater opening in my heart.

I’m still allowing the experience to land in my body and trusting that what was shared in yesterday’s event continues to ripple outward in ways I may never fully understand.

I am forever grateful for the beautiful & of for holding space with me and for the amazing for, once again, creating such an immaculate and nourishing feast

Still feeling the energy from yesterday’s Breathwork Retreat, “Emergence Gathering” 🤍

I’m so grateful for every soul who showed up with open hearts and the willingness to be seen.

The courage in the room…to breathe deeply, to soften, to release, to share space vulnerably was absolutetly beautiful to witness.

There is something so powerful about coming together in intentional community. When we allow ourselves to heal, to feel, and to move energy that’s been held in the body, it doesn’t just impact us individually l…it ripples outward.

This is how collective healing happens. One nervous system at a time. One open heart at a time.

Thank you for trusting me, for trusting the process, and for trusting yourselves.
