UGST 199: Sophomore Segue (1 Credit)

UGST 101: Intro to University Study (1 Credit)
Learn, adapt, and apply effective study skills, including strategies for time management, note taking, reading comprehension, and test preparation. The first class of the week will focus on a topic and strategies while the second with be active application of these strategies.
 
UGST 199: Mindful Student with (1 Credit)
Learn practical meditation techniques to support your academic success. This course introduces focused attention, open awareness, compassion practices, and working with thoughts and emotions in a skillful way.
