Because Great Grand Master Lee is a 9th degree black belt, he is authorized by the World TaeKwonDo Federation to train and test black belts up to 7th degree. His students enjoy access to unique places and experiences because of his 50 years training, competing, demonstrating and teaching TaeKwonDo, his past as an Olympic trainer and trial judge, his background as the head hand-to-hand combat instructor in the Korean army, and years as a U.S. national and international TaeKwonDo referee. From trips to Korea, summer training retreats on the beach, and special seminars, students at U.S. TaeKwonDo College gain more than daily training in our school. You will grow in ways that benefit your, your family, and your community!

We’re excited to share the second part of our US Taekwondo College Demo Team’s spectacular performances at the Lane County Fair on Saturday, July 25, 2026!

At 12:00 PM, our team stepped into the spotlight once again and brought the energy with powerful kicks, dynamic techniques, precision, teamwork, and the indomitable spirit of Taekwondo! 🔥💥

All those hours of practice, practice, practice came together for another performance we’re incredibly proud of.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out, cheered us on, and supported our talented martial artists. Your energy makes every performance even more special!

Our US Taekwondo College Demo Team has been working hard, putting in the extra hours, and fine-tuning every technique as we prepare for another exciting performance at the Lane County Fair!

Every kick, every form, every board break, and every synchronized movement is the result of dedication, teamwork, and countless hours of practice. We can't wait to showcase the power, precision, and spirit of Taekwondo!

Although this is a late post, we want to recognize and celebrate everyone who participated in our Belt Promotion Test on Saturday, June 27th at our satellite location, Renewal Taekwondo.

Each student demonstrated outstanding focus, determination, and the perseverance that comes from consistent training. Earning a new belt is more than learning new techniques—it's a reflection of the character, discipline, and confidence you've built along your martial arts journey.

Congratulations to everyone who earned their next rank! We are proud of your accomplishments and look forward to seeing you continue to grow in skill and embody the Five Tenets of Taekwondo: Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control, and Indomitable Spirit.

🥋🎉 Children's Celebration 2026 Recap! 🎉🥋

Days of dedication, practice, practice, practice, and a commitment to excellence all came together on June 27, 2026, as our US Taekwondo College Demo Team proudly performed at the Children's Celebration at Island Park in Springfield!

From the very first rehearsal to the final bow, our students gave it their all. Their hard work, teamwork, and determination were on full display as they showcased powerful kicks, synchronized forms, exciting board breaking, and the true spirit of Taekwondo.

We are incredibly proud of every team member who dedicated themselves to making this demonstration a success. Your perseverance and commitment truly paid off!

A heartfelt thank you to all of the parents, families, supporters, and everyone who came out to cheer us on. Your encouragement means the world to our students and helps inspire them to continue striving for excellence.

This is what Taekwondo is all about—building confidence, character, and a stronger community, one demonstration at a time.

Our demo team brought excitement, energy, and powerful techniques as we shared the spirit of Taekwondo with the students, staff, and families. What an incredible day of growth, discipline, and martial arts spirit at our Belt Promotion Test and Sparring Seminar on beautiful Vashon Island, Washington!

Students gave their best during testing, demonstrating the hard work, focus, and perseverance they’ve built through training. The sparring seminar was packed with valuable drills, timing strategies, movement, and competitive skills to help everyone elevate their game.

We’re proud of every student who stepped on the mat and challenged themselves to improve. Keep pushing forward and continue the journey! 💪
