Hi, I'm Leilani Sáez! Do you ever wonder why your brain functions the way it does? I always have – even as a kid. How?
I help overwhelmed adults develop greater stress resilience by working with their brain's natural capacities to become clear, strong, and ready to handle challenges with less effort. So, I became a researcher specializing in working memory processing, which is fundamental to most of what we do (when it’s not an automatic habit). It’s how we can hold information in mind while doing or thinking abou
t something else- seemingly- at the same time. But gradually, my passion has led me in a different direction, to help adults with thinking problems better work WITH their brains instead of AGAINST them so that they can live more resiliently and flourish. I offer coaching so that I can be a “guide on the side” thinking partner to support clients with:
• Successfully recovering from brain “glitchy” moments
• Better understanding and more resiliently addressing unique brain needs on the daily
My approach is sincere & practical, based on brain and cognitive studies, mindfulness practices, and wellness research. As neurodiverse humans, my RESiLIEnt model can help most of us, but especially adults over 40 with:
• ADHD/ADD
• Brain fog (whether the cause is clear or not)
• Aging-related memory & attention changes to cognitive functioning
• High-stress or low self-care
I offer 1:1 coaching programs, group workshops, educational talks, and a monthly “Resilient Living” email designed to spark personal insight & action. Across these growth opportunities, I clarify brain functioning, energy drains, and mind habits that undermine genuine success AND how to think, do, and feel better. As a former special educator, I emphasize the power in knowing what works best FOR YOU so that you can properly tap into your natural capacities- as they are-so you can be clear, strong, & ready.
