Today is the first day of early voting! I’ll be at the board of elections every day passing out the Democratic sample ballot! Come out and see me sometime!

Take a look at the official Euclid Democratic candidates and issues!

Stepped away from Euclid for a little bit to try and help with Courtney Scheff for Cuyahoga County Council, District 5! Had a great time being at the doors, and even made a new friend!

Folks! It is October, which means it is only a month until the election!

These four weeks are a critical time to talk with our neighbors and make sure that they have a plan to vote so that we can flip Ohio BLUE!

We hope to see you at one of our launches!

I wanted to wish everyone a reflective and meaningful September 11th. Instead of trying to find the right impactful words for the day, I would instead like to put the focus where it should be: the victims of that day.

I have found some interviews from family and friends of victims, and I hope they touch you in the same way they did for me.

Videos will be in the comment section. Thank you

I wanted to take the chance to recognize that today is World Su***de Prevention Day. While our problems may feel endless, it is important to know that there is always a light at the end of all darkness. Please lean on those around you, because they care. Even if you think they don’t, they do. Your desire to stay here is never a bother to anyone.

Depression is very good at creeping in and making you feel worthless with nothing to live for, but this is never the truth. I am familiar with the feeling, and I am used to the fight too. Every day may feel like a battle, but I know it is a war that can be won. Please, stay with us.

If you struggle with suicidal thoughts, please reach out to anyone around you or call/text 988 for 24/7/365 support.

250 years ago, a massive historical event occurred…

Jokes aside, as we celebrate the 250th year of our country this year, it is important to remember our Founding Fathers were just like us. They too were men living their lives. They were not divine or without flaw; they had their own ideas and beliefs, and they had their own arguments and shortcomings.

I believe there is something beautiful about something as mundane as this argument. It is a reminder that our nation is made up of all of us and our ideas and actions make it what it is. For better or worse, the United States of America is the product of all of us: No perfect being decides our course, nor ever has.

So, let us take good care as we debate the great issues of our time. Even when those issues are about whether to leave the window open while we sleep.

Happy Labor Day! It is through our combined labor that this country is able to prosper! May the examples of our labor unions show that uplifting one another and standing together brings us great strength!
