Looking for a great way to get in shape before fall sports? Join the ELC Summer Running program!

Whether you're planning to run Cross Country this fall or simply want to improve your fitness and endurance for another sport, this program is for you!

📅 Starts: Wednesday, July 8
⏰ Time: 7:00 AM
📍 Meet: In front of ELC High School
👟 Who: Students entering Grades 7–12
⏱️ Duration: Approximately 45 minutes each day

Everyone is welcome—no Cross Country experience is necessary! Summer Running is a fun way to stay active, build endurance, and prepare for the upcoming fall sports season.

Our distance medley team ran their best time of the season at the state meet today! Kylie Olson, Morgan Clabaugh, Jasmine Smith, and Hayden Armstead ran a time of 4:21.20. Great job all season girls, proud of all of you!!

Congratulations to our distance medley team on qualifying for state!! Kylie Olson, Morgan Clabaugh, Jasmine Smith, and Hayden Armstead set a new season best time of 4:22.17 and finished 3rd in our district. They will run Friday, May 22nd, at 2:40 PM. Great job girls!!
