Rounding off our cohort 4 is iLEAD Agua Dulce in California. At iLEAD, success is driven by their independent study program built with collaboratively chosen curriculum to suit student interests.

But iLEAD knew there was another link in the chain to connect students. Partnering with the Changemaker Cohort, iLEAD aspired to have 80% of learners and staff feel included and within a greater sense of community by June. ✅

We’re happy to say that iLEAD easily accomplished this goal, and they’ve continued to foster this relationship among students and faculty since. The Changemaker Cohort doesn’t just spark change; it continues making it.

Para completar nuestra cuarta cohorte, presentamos a iLEAD Agua Dulce, en California. En iLEAD, el éxito se fundamenta en su programa de estudio independiente, que utiliza un plan de estudios seleccionado en colaboración para adaptarse a las necesidades de los alumnos.

Continuing our Cohort 4 appreciation, ER partnered with Crosstown High of Memphis, Tennessee to support active changes in the school ecosystem. Their goal? To have 85% of students feel a greater sense of belonging at Crosstown. 📈

Belonging is just as essential to the culture at Crosstown as it is at Eagle Rock. By empowering students and creating an inclusive environment, the Changemaker Cohort pair amplified feelings of belonging at Crosstown to achieve their goal.

In Cohort 4, Nashville Big Picture High School aspired for 85% of their school community to report an overall positive experience at Nashville Big Picture HS by May of this year. 🎯

By sticking true to Nashville Big Picture’s core values of delivering communication, mentorship and relevant projects for students, the Changemaker Cohort pair at NBP amplified feelings of belonging and happiness both in and outside of the classroom.
