🍂🦌 Rut Season is Almost Here!
Fall is just around the corner, and the elk can feel it! As rut season begins, we may see more of these impressive visitors making their way onto or near our school campus.
Please remember that elk are wild animals and can be unpredictable, especially during rut season. Give them plenty of space, never approach or attempt to interact with them, and stay alert when walking around campus.
Let’s enjoy our beautiful mountain neighbors from a safe distance and help keep our students, staff, and wildlife safe!

The boys soccer team kicked off its season Tuesday night in Gilcrest with a non-conference matchup against a strong Valley team. The Bobcats fell 6-1 in their first match of the season.

We're hiring for a Secondary School Counselor.
This position will help students successfully transition from middle school through graduation and prepare for what comes next—whether that’s college, career training, industry credentials, apprenticeships, military service, or the workforce.

The counselor will also support:

Academic and graduation planning
College, career & workforce readiness
CTE and pathway counseling
Concurrent enrollment & college credit opportunities
Attendance, achievement & individualized student goals
Family engagement and student transitions

Position Details:

1.0 FTE – Middle & High School
Salary: 50,000–70,800 + single benefits
Temporary Educator Eligibility (TEE) candidates may qualify
3-year grant-funded position
