Some of the most important moments in nursing school happen before students ever meet a real patient. In our Practical Nursing labs, students work with hospital beds, mannequins, and simulation equipment to practice assessments and patient care, and camera recording systems let them review their own performance afterward. Happy Manufacturing Day!

Behind a lot of what gets built, from bridges to pressure vessels to heavy equipment, there's a welder who knew exactly what they were doing. Our Welding Technology students train in SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, and GTAW, along with plasma and oxy-fuel cutting, so they're ready to contribute when they step onto a shop floor.

October is National Dental Hygiene Month, and it's a great reason to celebrate the professionals who do so much more than clean teeth. Dental hygienists screen for problems, take x-rays, educate patients, and often catch issues before anyone else does.
