I have been pretty quiet on here (I'm a milennial who is awful at social media 🙈), but I wanted to hop on here and share some feedback I got from a client this evening.

Meal prepping is one of the additional services you can add to your doula package, and her and her family were very happy with the food. 💗

What do you actually do at Christina’s Birth Services?

My goal is to provide education and empowerment to assist you in your journey into parenthood. There is so much information out there and so many differing opinions the whole process can seem overwhelming. If you decide to work with me, I can meet with you through prenatal meetings to provide education, support, and preparation for labor, delivery, and the postpartum period. I can be there for you during labor and delivery to provide reminders, a calming presence, and pain relief techniques. I can also visit with you postpartum to help with light housework, give you time to shower or nap without having to worry if your newborn will wake up and need you. I can provide assistance with breast/chest feeding or provide insight on other feeding options depending on what you choose to go with.

Most importantly, I can be there for you! I will empower you through providing choices and information targeted at what you value. I will advocate for you in any way I can while we work together!

Hello everyone,

Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Christina. I have decided to turn my passion for all things prenatal through the newborn phases into an opportunity to help other parents on their journey. My mission is to provide education for parents-to-be in a manner that empowers them by providing choices and building confidence! I will be providing full spectrum services from prenatal meetings, childbirth education, labor doula support, postpartum assistance and in the near future, lactation education.

***I will also accept donations of any amount for my "Everyone deserves a doula" program! I do not want money to be a barrier holding anyone back from receiving the support and education they need! Please send me a private message here for more information until my website is up and running!***
