Thank you for your patience and continued support! We’re currently making exciting improvements behind the scenes at Ortega’s Jerky.

Our New Mexico facility is undergoing remodeling, and we’ve upgraded some of our manufacturing equipment to help us continue producing the high-quality jerky you know and love. Because of these improvements, we’ve had to update our jerky manufacturing permit and processing plan, which has taken a little extra time to complete.

The good news is that we’ll be ready soon.

We truly appreciate your understanding and support during this process. we’re excited to be back and better than ever!
