🌿🌱 Fun in the garden !🌱🌿Here at Cal-SAFE the students and their children planted lettuce πŸ₯¬, radishes 🫜, and squash before our holiday break and now they recently harvested some radishes that were ready to pull out of the ground. Strawberries πŸ“ were also planted recently and can't wait to see them grow. This hands-on πŸ–πŸ»learning experience is a fun way to engage the children with fine motor skills, while the parents learn how to grow their own veggies so they can do the same with their families at home.🌱

Our juicy red tomatoes are fresh, organic, and free of any chemicals or pesticides. 🌱The kiddos even bit into them and had a taste for themselves. It was a fun outdoor activity while incorporating WELLNESS and teaching the parent students about eating fresh and healthy self-grown veggies. 🌱πŸ₯°
