Hi All,
Please be advised that Coach Cary spoke with the parade marshall and in order to get in on North Broadway barricades from Country Club (either the Ash or Centre City sides) you will need to be there BEFORE 8am. We realize this is very early but really need everyone's help so please try to get there Sat morning. Player and parent help is needed - there is lots to do including brushing and painting the poles so make it a family affair if you can.
Thanks,
EHS Softball Coaching Staff
Team:
We’re going to set the poles on Sat with the help of some of the Pro Contractors. The Christmas Parade is Saturday so you need to come in from Country Club (either by Ash or Centre City. Coach Cary will be grooming the Blockade Boyz at Country Club and North Broadway. Tell them you are with EHS Softball and they will let you through. Be sure to pull in at the Ag Farm/Varsity Baseball Field entrance (see map). Drive through the gate behind the Stadium and past the gate by our Novice filed and you should be good to go. Call Cary (760) 207-7500 or me at 760-412-2167 if you get shanghaied.
Special Thanx to Mike More, Dan Abreu and the folks at Sunshine Communication,
We still need:
LOTS of help with getting the Varsity & JV backstops replaced.
If you have any of the following equipment please bring it out to the fields on Sat:
Steel/Wire Brush Grinders
Wire Cutters
Ladders (6'+)
Saw Horses ******
Wheel Barrows****
Shovels and trowels
Volunteers with the following skill sets are especially needed so if you or anyone you know have expertise and are willing to help please come on Sat...

Chain Link Fencing
Pole Setting
Masonry
Electricians
Construction
The coaches volunteer much of their personal time to our girls so let's all pay it forward and give them the support they need with this project.
