I am a State Licensed child care provider and I have openings to care for children in my home. I am fully certified and current in Infant/Child CPR, First Aid, Universal Precaution, Medication Administration, Health & Safety certified,Disaster Preparedness trained, TB-tested, Fingerprinted, YMCA trained, Child Education and Development Accredited. Each year as a child care provider I have to compl
ete the minimum of twelve clock hours of ongoing training, with a minimum of six hours in the area of child growth and development. I received my degree in Infants and Toddlers and Child Development in May 2000. My background is in Early Childhood Education (Palomar College) with having over 30 years of experience with working with children, collaborated with several different children's programs, assist teaching in pre-schools, nanning, as well as raising four children of my own. I welcome families with children ages: new born - School age . The hours that Honey Bubble's Day Care operates are from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Before and after school care/school breaks/summer care is also provided. I provide all nutritional morning snacks, lunches, and afternoon snacks that are supported by the USDA food requirements. I use paints, Play-Doh, art and craft projects, story time, musical instruments and many other elements to stimulate children in a variety of ways to meet their developmental needs. I am located in Escondido (Close to I-25 and I-78 exits). I'm a fun, organized, and happy home care provider. I have worked with all ages from newborn to teens with excellent references from all of their parents. Honey Bubble's Day care program includes arts and crafts, seasonal activities, Birthday/Holiday celebrations, developmental math, reading and writing concepts, music exploration, circle time (weather and calendar), Spanish, outdoor play, science, story time (puppets, acting, felt stories, audio stories), games (indoor and outdoor), dramatic play time, centers, and unstructured free play time with many learning manipulatives. All of the activities that we do are a great balance of both indoor and outdoor experiences. Honey Bubble's Day Care program supports positive social, emotional, cognitive and physical development in all ages from birth to age twelve. I am bilingual (Spanish being my native language) and I enjoy integrating Spanish into both playtime and learning. My passion has always been with children and I believe that is where my heart is. I love teaching children, watching them grow from it, loving on them as I believe they nourish from a stable environment through being involved and engageing them.
