April 9, 2019 Nathan Fletcher, Supervisor, Fourth District San Diego County Board Of Supervisors, I am honored to have received the County Of San Diego of California Proclamation Award for the County I live in and will continue to bring awareness and education to this deadly disease.

I thank Our Heavenly Father for the power and strength that he has given us.
