Hi Yogis😊💕 I will be teaching a Candlelight Yoga for the Summer Solstice with Athleta at the Fashion Valley Mall Sat. 25 at 9pm! Here’s the link to join!

Candlelight Yoga Event Class will begin at 9p so make sure to bring water and a yoga mat if you have one. After a 45 minute class, we'll have light refrshments and shopping! All attendees will be entered into an $100 Appreciation Card Giveaway.

in most of our practices we begin in this pose. a very comfy yet grounding position, bringing us closer to Mother Nature and your higher power🌎💓🌈🕉🌿

it’s very interesting to see the change in younger Yogis; going from having all this energy ready to move, to - being calm, gentle and focused when balancing🙏🏼✨🌳🎶🕉💚

coming back to our group Yoga practice outdoors again, and today was extra special💫 I introduced a Hatha - Vinyasa practice, new crystals🔮for healing, my cats🐱outdoors for love and towards the end we had two hawks in the trees🦅🌳 So eventful and special🎉 there is a magic to doing Yoga outdoors🪄🕉💞
