The first month of jiu jitsu is weird.

You’re stiff. You forget what you just learned. You tap a lot. Everyone around you looks like they know what they’re doing.

That phase usually lasts 6 months.

We built a program to get you through it in 4 weeks.

The Prism Kick Start:

✓ A semi private session with me (head instructor, black belt, 17 years on the mat)
