It is not okay to put tape on anchors that the hole is drilled too big for. I REPEAT! IT IS NOT OKAY TO PUT TAPE ON ANCHORS THAT THE HOLE IS DRILLED TOO BIG FOR!! These were taken from wall mounted manual basketball goal winches, this is very dangerous! Also, all goals should have safety straps to prevent free falling of a goal, in a case where the winch or cable fails.
