Good evening all,

We are currently waiting to hear back from the owner of Southernaire with pricing for getting the renovated room they have downstairs there. They can provide food and there will be a bartender on hand dedicated to us. When they contact us back, they will need a date if we decide to reserve the room. Please respond back and let us know what date would work best for you.

Option 1 - August 5
Option 2 - September 2
Option 3 - October 7

The time would be 6pm - 10/11pm

Please respond in a timely manner and we will go with the preferred date.

30 Year Reunion time!!!!!
I need input from you guys.
We have a couple of options that myself and the other class officer have thrown around over the last week.
Option 1- to have a 30 year reunion at the HC Fairground on March 18th at 7:00. The HC Fair board is already having an event on site- The shamrock and Roll with a band. We would be in a separate room but would be able to Dance, mingle and enjoy the band as well and come and go from our room. the average cost for the room and appetizers would be about 800.00 estimated and divided between the ones who would like to attend. Alcohol will be extra and purchased from HC Fair at the Shamrock and Roll.
Option 2-Rent out the Basement/old bar area of Southernaire Resteraunt later this spring or Summer. It is being remodeled now and I don’t have a cost on this option yet.

We have plenty of time to work on the details of option 2 if that is the majority vote. If Option 1 is the majority consensus I will start the process immediately and send out event invites and break down the cost after we see how many will be in attendance.

If anyone would like to Donate to our condolence fund please call Accents by Bonnie at 931-289-4580 and use your debit card or stop by her shop. Please do so by Friday. We are asking that each of you simply donate $5 dollars if possible. As many of you have heard we lost one of our classmates and friends earlier this week. Cleavon "Clay" Parchman had a contagious smile that could light up any room. He never had a harsh word or judged anyone. He was an exceptional friend to each of us. His services will be at Nave Funeral Home from 10-11 on Saturday 8/29/2020 and Burial to follow. i
