Welcome to Gannon!! Or welcome back if you're a returning Student!!!
For the start of the semester, we are only providing support on the phone or in the Palumbo 3000 atrium area (same building as the Gannon Book Store). Here are the hours were can provide support for you technology needs.
Resolved: Issues with Microsoft 365 apps
Microsoft has fixed the recent problem affecting Microsoft 365 apps and sites. Please contact us if you continue to have problems.
Performance Issue: Problems with Microsoft 365 apps
Microsoft is reporting "Some users may be unable to view or access Microsoft 365 apps or services". They are working to isolate the cause of these timeouts and fix the problem.
Microsoft 365 app shortcuts may not be visible, but users can still access the applications directly through the URL. Some examples of these include:
Microsoft 365 Admin Center - https://portal.office.com
Outlook - https://outlook.office.com
Microsoft Teams - https://teams.microsoft.com
Word Online - https://microsoft365.com/launch/word
Excel Online - https://microsoft365.com/launch/excel
The Microsoft licensing issue we were experiencing yesterday appears to be resolved. However, if you are still having a problem with your account, please contact the Help Desk.
Microsoft Licensing Update:
We are still experiencing an issue with our Microsoft licensing that is affecting logging into the 365 environment. We are investigating the cause but in the mean time:
When the error comes up click continue and sign-in. This may take a few minutes.
Or
• In the Windows Search Bar, search and click on "Access work or school".
• On the Settings window, click on work or school account which should list your email address.
• Choose the "Disconnect" option.
• Relaunch any Office application and it should allow you to sign into your account again.
