August Staff Spotlight!!

We’re excited to kick off our Staff Spotlight series with Mrs. Riann Sahnow, one of our amazing 3rd grade teachers at Red Hawk!

We have such a wonderful group of teachers and staff at our school, and we thought this would be a fun way for our Red Hawk families to get to know a little more about the people who spend their days teaching, supporting, and caring for our kids.

We are SO lucky to have our PTO! They truly are amazing!

**A little something for our amazing Red Hawk teachers & staff!**

Our teachers and staff pour so much time, energy, and heart into our students each and every day, and we want them to know just how much they are appreciated!

This week, the PTO was happy to deliver Amazon gift cards to our teachers and staff to help with classroom needs and give them a little extra support as the school year gets underway.

It’s a small way for us to say thank you for everything they do to make Red Hawk such a special place for our children.❤️

And to our Red Hawk families, thank YOU! Your support of the PTO throughout the year helps make things like this possible. We truly appreciate being part of such a wonderful school community.

What an incredible first day of school! There were smiles and laughter aplenty! We are so happy to be back. Thank you to all the Red Hawk families that made today so special for our little ones! And a huge shout out to our incredible PTO for stocking the teacher’s lounge with yummy snacks and drinks.

What a wonderful evening it was seeing everyone! Our school was alive with smiles and laughter. We can’t wait to see 1st-5th grades on Tuesday! Kindergarten assessments begin on Monday!

Our teachers are back at it!! We kicked off our 2026-2027 school year with Convocation on Tuesday. Teachers are busy getting their classrooms and learning spaces ready for kids! We are so lucky to have such an amazing group of educators.

Congratulations to the AMAZING Ms. Anna Lopez for being awarded Red Hawk Classified Employee of the Year for the 2025-2026 School Year! All recipients were honored Tuesday during the classified welcome back. We are so lucky to have Ms. Anna as part of our Red Hawk family. We couldn’t survive without her!! ❤️
