We’re back - have you heard????

returns to the yurt Monday, June 15th.

40 minute classes
Modified 4:30pm
Advanced 5:30pm

Make no mistake, Selina is behaving because healing is top priority.

But connection and movement are part of the process so we are easing back into fitness with Dave by her side at 4:30 and Lauren at 5:30 for physical instruction.

It’s going to be great to get moving again!

The next two weeks will focus on full joint movement, balance and lymphatic flow to get back into our groove together.

Register and come ready to laugh a little while we loosen those joints!

If this pops up on the menu anytime soon, jump on it! Dave and I enjoyed a tasty lunch compliments of our friend Dinner Is Served By "Lisa" Personal Chef & Catering Services and it was DELICIOUS!

Just the right amount of heat without it being too hot and let me tell you, I don’t know how she cooks this but the corn was 🤤!!!

Yes - I am partial because who doesn’t love my friend Lisa Heidelberg and good that isn’t heavily salted and cooked with a lot of love 🙂 but I also enjoy sharing the best of finds locally for convenience.

Enjoy this smellavision…this meal was enough for two!
