๐ŸŽ“Today we celebrate thirteen remarkable Spartans.

Not because they are leaving us, but because they are ready. โœจ

๐Ÿฆ๐Ÿ’ฐ Coin Wars Champions: Grade 4! ๐Ÿ’ฐ๐Ÿฆ

After dominating this year's Coin Wars competition, Grade 4 cashed in their victory for the sweetest prize of allโ€”an ice cream party courtesy of our amazing National Junior Honor Society members! ๐Ÿจ

Our Grade 8 NJHS leaders stepped into their important roles as ice cream servers, and rumor has it Mr. G. may have gotten a little carried away at the sprinkle station.๐ŸŒˆ๐Ÿ˜‚

๐Ÿ‘”๐Ÿ“š On the final day of Middle School Spirit Week, students were challenged to dress like a teacher... and they absolutely understood the assignment.

The hallways were filled with mini educators ready to hand out homework, remind everyone to stay on task, and ask, "Did you check Bloomz?" ๐Ÿ˜†

A few brave souls even dressed as our Head of School, Mr. Fuller. We spotted plenty of professional attire, confident strides, and at least a few students who looked ready to lead a faculty meeting before lunch.๐Ÿ˜‚

Lower School Field Day came down to the FINAL SCOREโ€ฆ ๐Ÿ’› Yellow vs. ๐Ÿ’š Greenโ€ฆ and not a single Spartan could sit still while awaiting the results.

Meanwhile, our Grade 7 & 8 Team Coaches were working harder than official Olympic judges โ€” tallying points, double-checking scores, and trying to survive the pressure. ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ“‹

The screaming.
The cheering.
The dramatic gasps.

Honestly? ESPN could never.

No matter the final scoreboard, today was packed with teamwork, school spirit, laughter, and just the right amount of chaos. Field Day at Erie Day School remains undefeated. โ˜€๏ธ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐ŸŽ‰

๐ŸŒฑ๐ŸŒฑ๐ŸŒฝ Tiny hands, big teamwork, and a whole lot of dirt under their fingernails. ๐Ÿ’š

Today, our First Grade students teamed up with their Fourth Grade buddies to help bring the Erie Day School Garden back to life for the season! Together, they rolled up their sleeves, prepared the beds, and planted rows of corn that will soon stretch high above them by late summer. ๐ŸŒฝโœจ

Hereโ€™s to sunshine, teamwork, and future corn on the cob. ๐ŸŒฝ

Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

As our Grade 8 students spent last week exploring the historic streets of Boston, they are walking through places that helped shape the story of our nation and the freedoms we cherish today. From moments of revolution to lessons in leadership and sacrifice, their journey is a reminder that history is best understood when experienced together.

Wishing our EDS families a meaningful and restful Memorial Day. โค๏ธ๐Ÿค๐Ÿ’™

A sincere thank you to Sally Bradley, Executive Director of the Hubbard House Underground Railroad, for speaking at our Upper Classmen Leadership Lunch today.

Mrs. Bradley shared powerful insights on the values, character traits, and perseverance needed to rise to the next level and overcome adversity. Her message encouraged our students to lead with courage, resilience, and purposeโ€”both inside and outside the classroom. โค๏ธ

We are grateful for the time, wisdom, and inspiration she shared with our students today. The Hubbard House Underground Railroad Museum
