Are you feeling confused and overwhelmed about how to help your child slow down, worry less, and manage their feelings effectively?

Peaceful Pathfinders is a mental health therapy group for children entering 4th and 5th grade in the 2026-2027 school year who are experiencing anxiety or difficulty managing their emotions. We will work together to help your child find inner peace, develop skills to access this peace, and go into the next school year feeling prepared to handle whatever comes their way!
