As registration grows, I'm growing concerned about parking tomorrow. If you're familiar with the campus and can park in any other further lot and walk to the race, please do. :) Junker, Erie Lot, and the lots along Jordan Road and by the maintenance building are for residents, but visitors can park there on weekends.

Look what just arrived for race weekend.

A whole box of Nuun Sport samples — perfect for anyone who sweats, moves, or simply exists in August. We love having hydration options that don’t taste like a melted popsicle or come with a sugar crash, and these little tabs are easy to toss in a bottle before or after the race.

There's still time to join us at the 5th annual Run for Women 5K - Sunday, Aug. 30, 8 a.m. at Penn State Behrend (link to register at www.behrend.psu.ed/wec)

Huge thanks to Nuun for supporting our runners this year.

Quick note on logistics for this year's race. We will not be able to park in the parking garage this year due to some damage that needs to be remediated. So, this means we'll be parking in the AMIC lot, which requires us to jigger the course a bit for safety reasons. We do not want cars leaving while walkers are finishing, so we will finish the back way into AMIC, leaving the first turn in for cars to come and go. This also means there is a weird little loop at the start to get the extra bit of mileage. Cars WILL be able to leave from AMIC about 5 minutes after the race starts (just have to get everyone around that cone, then we'll move it back). We'll have plenty of PSB student volunteers to help guide you! Check the course out here:
