Do you have a passion for early childhood education and helping young learners grow? Milestones Early Learning Center is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our team!

Qualifications:
✔ Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
✔ Minimum of 1 year experience working with preschool-aged children
✔ Strong classroom management and communication skills
✔ Ability to create a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment
✔ Must meet all PA DHS requirements

What a night! 120 guests for our biggest graduation class in MELC history! Thank you to all of our families and staff for making the evening so perfect. Thank you to Hose Company 27 for accommodating our large group. Thank you Miss Kenzie for returning to watch some of your kiddos graduate (and to help with music)! We are grateful and blessed!

As we end the week of teacher appreciation we would like to thank all the families that made our staff feel all the love. In this profession the staff wear many hats in a day and we are grateful for each role they take on….caregiver…nurse…janitor…traffic control…problem solver! You name it and they find a way! We are thankful for staff that have been with us since day one, staff that are approaching 5 years, staff that have reached one year, and our staff that come back to help out!

Day 2 of celebrating the staff! Thank you to the families that have spoiled our staff with food and sweets. We are so thankful! ❤️

Happy Teacher Appreciation week to all of our amazing early childhood educators at Milestones! We “donut” know where we would be without each of you! Thank you all for putting in the work each and every day!
