🧤🧦❄️ Reminder: Winter Glove & Sock Drive ❄️🧦🧤

PTO is partnering with our amazing NJHS students again this year to support Erie Uplink in providing warm gloves and socks to families in need this winter!

We’re collecting NEW gloves and socks of all sizes. Donation bins will remain by each school entrance through Friday, October 30th.

Every pair makes a difference in keeping our community warm and cared for this season. Thank you, Soaring Heights families, for spreading kindness and warmth! 🦅✨

🚨Did you know that our school has a basement?!🚨

Would you like the ability to confirm the rumor of if there is a pool down there?

Then we have the volunteer day for you! On Friday, October 16th (the first day of Fall break) we are looking for help clearing out the school basement!

We are in urgent need of adult volunteers who can lift and move furniture, work with tools (screwdrivers/drills), use ladders, and organize storage spaces. If you are able to join, please plan to bring tools and dollies/hand trucks if you have them! The morning slots are our biggest need. We will try and complete all tasks in the morning.

If you are an NHS or NJHS student who is available to watch over kids on the playground during the school day off please sign up in the slots below. If you are in need of childcare, please leave us a message in the comments so we know how many kids to prepare for.
