Kona Ice is coming TODAY!

School is officially back in session, and what better way to celebrate the first week than with Kona Ice!

Stop by Monkey Bar Park today from 3:30–4:30 after school. Bring the family, grab your favorite flavor, and spend a little time catching up with other Red Hawk families.

The park is right across the street from Red Hawk, so hopefully you can swing by on your way home!

At Red Hawk, every child brings something unique to our school community. Our group is focused on helping create a welcoming and supportive environment where all students and families are valued and supported.

The group celebrates and supports the many things that make our students who they are, from different cultures and family backgrounds to abilities, neurodiversity, traditions, experiences, and so much more.

Whether you're interested in sharing ideas, learning more, helping with an activity, or simply curious about what the group does, you are welcome at the table.

Come meet us, learn more about what we have planned for the year, and help us continue building a school community where every Red Hawk feels like they belong.

✨ GRATEFUL MONDAY ✨

Kindness is one of the things that makes our Red Hawk community so special.

We're starting the week with a little gratitude for some pretty amazing members of our Red Hawk PTO!

A huge thank you to PTO members Janelle and Kayla, along with their friend Ashley, who spent their time stocking the teachers' and staff lounge with an incredible 194 drinks and 593 snacks to help welcome everyone back for the new school year!

It was such a thoughtful act of kindness and a wonderful way to show our teachers and staff just how much they're appreciated. They give so much to our kids throughout the year, and we love finding little ways to give back to them, too.

Thank you, ladies, for your time, generosity, and giving hearts! ❤️🦅

Please check your email for information about the remaining PTO budget. At our first PTO meeting on Wednesday, August 19, we will:

✅ Vote to approve the the PTO budget
📖 Briefly review the PTO bylaws
🎉 Then move on to planning exciting events like the Jog-A-Thon, Back-to-School Bash, and more!

The Budget can also be found on our website: rhepto.net
