Madison’s transformation is one I wish more young people could see.

I am beyond pumped to share this transformation.

Let’s give it up for Bert Straub!

At 62 years old, Bert came to me with years of cardio under his belt—but little experience with structured, progressive resistance training. Like many, he thought “eating healthy” was enough… but calories still matter, no matter how “clean” the food is.
