Some moments are worth the wait. Recently, Mercyhurst Prep student Makiya Eidenmuller had the chance to meet Tony and Grammy Award-winning performer Renée Elise Goldsberry after attending her concert at the Mercyhurst Institute for Arts & Culture.

A devoted fan of Hamilton and Goldsberry's music, Makiya was thrilled to meet one of her biggest inspirations, making for an unforgettable evening!

We were honored to welcome Mayor Daria S. Devlin to Mercyhurst Prep today! Students had the opportunity to ask questions about everything from getting involved in their community to what a typical day as mayor looks like. The answer? There really isn't a "typical" day! Thank you, Mayor Devlin, for sharing your time, experiences, and encouragement with our students.

HISTORY MADE!
Tonight, Vinnie Feliciano etched his name into the record books, breaking Zach Helsley’s all-time leading rushing record for Mercyhurst Prep, Erie City, and Erie County.

Zach’s remarkable record of 5,752 rushing yards stood as the standard for excellence, but tonight Vinnie surpassed that mark and now sits atop the leaderboard.

Congratulations to Vinnie on an incredible achievement that reflects years of hard work, dedication, and perseverance. A special nod as well to Zach Helsley, whose record-setting career set the bar for future generations of Lakers.

What a special moment for Mercyhurst Prep football and Erie County sports history!
