Early 2017, I was pregnant with Lincoln and the director of a dementia care unit in Sterling. I loved working with that population but I knew I wanted to be home with my kids. What started as a crazy idea turned into an 8 year career. I opened Little Minnows Daycare in August 2017. It’s been such a blessing getting to be home with my kids, my niece & nephew and all the sweet littles along the way. I have gained so many wonderful friends from this job and cherish them all so much. It’s hard to see this chapter end but I look forward to the next one as a paraprofessional at Erie Elementary. Thank you to all my daycare families throughout the years for trusting me with your most precious cargo. Thank you to my husband for letting me turn our personal space into a daycare full of tiny humans 🤪. Thank you to my mom for helping whenever I needed it! It’s been an amazing journey! 🩷 -Amber
