Erie ClaySpace is a 40-year-old Erie Institution with a new face. In 2016, a dedicated group of ceramics artists formed the Erie ClaySpace Artists Association. We have converted the Clayspace studio at 1505 State Street, formerly run by the Erie Art Museum, into an independent non-profit association of ceramics artists. As a full service ceramic arts studio in Erie, PA, Erie ClaySpace aims to serve our community with pottery classes and studio work space, storage space, glazing materials and kilns. The studio is owned and operated by Erie ClaySpace Artists Association. We are a group of ceramics artists dedicated to growing our studio through community outreach and education by offering membership and pottery classes to the general public.

Still feeling the love from Benevolent Beers! 🍻

A huge thank you to Erie Ale Works for hosting us again this year, and to everyone who came out, grabbed a b**r, and showed some love to Erie ClaySpace. We had such a great night with you!

And we have to give some love to the local businesses and organizations that made our raffle possible. Huge thanks to , .erie and for donating some seriously awesome goodies.

We’re teaming up with Erie Ale Works for Benevolent Beers on September 10, and we’re ready for a night out with our muddy little community!

Yesterday was our best Erie Gives Day yet, and we’re so grateful.

Thank you to everyone who donated, shared our posts, cheered us on, and came out to hang with us at Lavery Brewing Company for Happy Hour. It was a pretty great way to end an incredible day.

And a big thank you to all of our community partners who joined in on our first Mini Pot Hunt.

Friday nights are better covered in clay ✨

Grab your favorite person and join us for Tandem Throw: Date Night this Friday, 5/15, from 6–8 PM at Erie ClaySpace!

You’ll learn the basics of the pottery wheel side-by-side while making memories (and probably getting a little muddy in the process). No experience needed — just come ready to laugh, create, and try something new together.
