Picture Day Is Coming, EPS!

Get ready to smile, EPS! Picture Day is a special opportunity for our students to capture a memory of the school year, celebrate who they are, and show their school pride.

On Picture Day, students may wear school-appropriate clothing of their choice. Standard school attire is not required for Picture Day.

When choosing an outfit, please keep these simple guidelines in mind:

Choose clothing that is appropriate for school and not revealing.

Clothing should feature school-appropriate images, words, and messages and should not include lewd or vulgar language, drug-related images or messages, or other inappropriate content.

Jeans and pants should be free of rips and holes.

Hats and headwear are not permitted, except when worn for religious purposes.

Skirts, dresses, and shorts should fall no more than 2 inches above the knee.

We want every student to feel comfortable, confident, and ready to smile on Picture Day. Thank you to our parents and families for continuing to do your part to support and reinforce our new standard school attire expectations.

As we shared during our family engagement sessions, if the district schedules a special “pop-out” day or other opportunity for students to wear clothing outside of standard school attire, we will communicate that with families in advance.

Thank you for partnering with us as we establish clear, consistent expectations while creating special opportunities for our students to celebrate important moments throughout the school year.

🐾 A Message from Grover Cleveland PTSA 🐾

Thank you to everyone who was able to log in and join us for our meeting tonight! ❤️💛

We sincerely apologize for the time crunch. After experiencing some technical difficulties getting our Board members into the meeting, along with several interruptions during the call, we unfortunately had to rush through some of the topics we wanted to discuss.

We know our meetings are an important opportunity to keep our Grover Cleveland families informed, and we appreciate your patience and understanding tonight.

📝 All PTSA members will also receive an email with the meeting minutes so you can review everything that was discussed.

Looking ahead, we may be switching back to in-person PTSA meetings to help avoid some of the interruptions we experienced tonight and give everyone a better opportunity to participate.

📅 Our next meeting will be in October, so please be on the lookout for information regarding the date and location.

We have a LARGE Cougar Wear order on its way! 🎉💛❤️ We’re so excited to see all that maroon & gold Cougar Pride around Grover Cleveland! All orders turned into the office last week by Thursday September 10th have been ordered and are being made!

A HUGE thank you to everyone who placed an order and continues to support our Grover Cleveland PTSA. Every purchase helps us continue supporting our students and school community. 🐾

📦 Stay tuned! We’ll post another update as soon as the order arrives and we have information on when items will be sent home with students.
