Long’s Combative Arts classes welcome students ages 6 through adult, with options for both juniors and adults.

Harborcreek on Wednesdays
& Millcreek on Thursdays
Adult Lessons: 5:00–6:30 PM
Junior Lessons: 6:30–7:30 PM
