Join us for our Charcuterie Board Workshop on Saturday, September 12th at the Tom Ridge Environmental Center!

Pennsylvania is known for its diversity of nearly 134 native tree species. Join RSC Biologist, Jacob Korte, to learn about the different tree species, types of wood, and which are best used for Charcuterie Boards. Participants will make their own Board by sanding, oiling, and waxing; and learn how to care for the Board. Then work with Chef and Café Owner, Kristen Davis, to create a design of meats, cheeses, fruits, and veggies to display!

Registration space is limited. $25 per person.

Water quality is important to our community. We rely on Presque Isle Bay and Lake Erie for recreating, fishing, and our drinking water. The Regional Science Consortium conducts the water quality testing in this region for safe swimming beaches, pollutants, and to monitor harmful algal blooms. Join the Consortium staff this Saturday at the Bicentennial Tower at Dobbins Landing - Erie to conduct scientific testing of water samples from the Bay and discover what it all means.

Join us this October for our 2nd Forensic Murder Mystery Fundraiser taking place Saturday, October 10th from 6:00 to 8: 30 pm!
Gather your team of 2 to 4 people and challenge yourself to our immersive murder mystery. Use your wits and forensic techniques to crack the case before time runs out!
Registration includes appetizers, beer, wine and a great time! Adults 18+
