Join us for our Charcuterie Board Workshop on Saturday, September 12th at the Tom Ridge Environmental Center!

Pennsylvania is known for its diversity of nearly 134 native tree species. Join RSC Biologist, Jacob Korte, to learn about the different tree species, types of wood, and which are best used for Charcuterie Boards. Participants will make their own Board by sanding, oiling, and waxing; and learn how to care for the Board. Then work with Chef and Café Owner, Kristen Davis, to create a design of meats, cheeses, fruits, and veggies to display!

Registration space is limited. $25 per person. Visit https://www.regsciconsort.com/events/charcuterie-board-workshop/ for more information.
