3 Elements BJJ and MMA

There are two new blue belts at 3E after their belt test last night. Azam and Fish did a great job making it through the skills demo, shark tank, and 5 minute round with a new person every minute, all in the heat wave we got this week. Everyone else worked on some skill development before the shark tank. Awesome work guys!
